Alysia's Basic Meat Lasagna

I gave it four stars because I wan't sure if the noodle was supposed to be cooked or not. I followed others' advice and pre-soaked them. They tasted a little gummy-starchy. I used two jars of Italian sausage sauce...added oregano, basil, garlic powerder...yum! Thank you for sharing.

Garlic Alfredo Tilapia

Easy and quick to make. I used jarred Alfredo sauce and frozen tilapia and served it with rice and broccoli...YUM. I will try using flounders next..since that is what I have on hand. Thank you for sharing!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III

This was very yummy! I took it to work and everyone gobbled it up. I have it 4 stars only because the mixture was a little soft so I added a tablespoon more flour and cut the sugar by 1/4 cup because 2 cups of chocolate chips is a lot of sugar. Wonderful and I will make this again!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Made these yesterday and I was surprised how easy to make these were. I did not use the bread machine and let the dough rise in the oven at 150 for an hour. I have the recipe 4 stars because I will have to double the brown sugar and cinnmon the next time I make these. Other than that...wonderfully yummy!

Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon

I had to use the frozen salmon fillets but this recipe worked. The strong Dijon flavor baked off or something because my son who does not like Dijon actually said the fish was 'yummy.' I had to broil the fish for a few minutes to brown the bread crumbs but the salmon remained moist and tasty. Thanks for sharing.

Flank Steak with Avocado Salsa

This is one of the easiest and tastiest fajita recipes I have tried so far. I didn't have any ground coriander on hand but the meat still came out delish. I thinnly sliced and chopped up my cut and stuffed it into warmed corn tortillas. I have to say the Avocado Salsa was the BEST...YUM...Thank you for this ono-lishous recipe!

Mandarin Almond Salad

YUM! I used baby butter and tango...that's what I had. I omit the onion...don't like them and used sliced honey almonds found in the salad section. So pretty and very yum! Thank you for sharing!

Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken

Baking at 350 left the crust soggy so I had to bump the temp up to get it brown and crusty. Tastes fantastic with marinara sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. Thank you for sharing.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

My picky son loves this recipe. I use boneless skinless chicken thighs. YUM! I line the baking sheet with foil because the soy sauce and sugar burns and smokes. I think I will try the sauce on beef next to see how that turns out. Thank you for sharing!

Creme Brulee French Toast

I made the french toast this morning. It was a very easy recipe to follow. The texture of the bread was wonderful after cooking. The only complaint I have is that my brown sugar crust stuck to the pan and the custard was a bit bland for my taste. I'm used to the burst of cinnamon. Otherwise...a good recipe or even a base for adding to it. Thanks for sharing.
