I was looking to make something different with the ground beef I had to use, this was a nice change. I decreased the amount of ginger, since my husband isn't too fond of the flavor, but I couldn't taste it and he didn't say anything about it, so next time I'll use the full amount. I also baked the meatballs at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. I used one 8 oz can of pineapple tidbits and the juice of one 8 oz can of crushed pineapple(that's what I had on hand). Next time I would decrease the amount of brown sugar and double the sauce. I also didn't use green peppers, since I didn't have any.
