Szechwan Shrimp

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2011
By far my favorite dish so far, we love spicy foods (Cayenne Pepper replaces black pepper for us on everything) and so I added a bit of Sriracha Hot Sauce and a bit more red pepper (ground and flakes) and doubled the sauce like most people suggested and used a whole bag of frozen raw shrimp just took the tails off first.

Cheesy Chicken Florentine

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2010
I coated the chicken first in flour then egg wash then in seasoned bread crumbs and cooked it in hot oil instead of just browning it, it was really good and flavorful. Having a rice cooker helps to make this recipe an easy one too!
