I love to cook and bake. My 3 kids keep me very busy (16, 11, and 1 year old), so I like to double or triple recipe to use it for another day.

Everything that is tasty. I don't like bland food. I love to create new recipes, and see people loving it :)
My favorite family cooking traditions
Christmas Eve supper (meatless). Special cakes for Christmas and Easter. European style breakfast that don't have so much carbs. Soups are my favorites (just the way my mom cooked)...mmm, mmm ...GOOD! :)

Once in my liftime I burned soup! My son asked: mom, how can you burn a pot of soup??? That's a good question...

Italian Wedding Cookies III
My family loved them. I did different shape (croissant shape)and dipped one half in dark chocolate then sprinkle some of the silver baking dust on the top of the part with chocolate...Also, I used pecan nuts instead of almonds and less salt. It was a big hit for Christmas. I'll make them again for sure.

Cauliflower-Cheese Soup
Not bad, but for a good flavor I use half chicken and half beef broth, little of vegeta spice and fresh parsley. As for a milk, I use 2/3 and the rest I used water. Also, I fried onion before adding to a pot. I made a huge pot, so I did everything x6. I like to freeze leftovers and have it for another day, so I don't have to cook when I'm too busy having fun with my kids.
