Good for You Greek Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2011
I used the Absolutely Fabulous Greek salad dressing on this (amazing stuff). I also added celery, carrot, radish, and feta. So, so yummy. Very healthy dinner. Thanks

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2011
I already wrote my review and had to come back and edit it. These are the best rolls my husband and I have EVER had. They are a 50/50 cross between a light, fluffy dinner roll and a croissant. These will be at every special occasion from now on. Such a sense of accomplishment making these. Thank you Donna for posting this recipe. Below is my first review. These are amazing! So light and fluffy. I made them the traditional way by following other people's instructions. They rose so nicely. Turned out picture perfect and tasted as good as they looked!

Grandma Johnson's Scones

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2011
These are God's gift to humans. So great. I use half butter, half Nucoa (margarine) and they were so great. I added some pumpkin (about 1/4c) and 1tbs of pumpkin spice to HALF of a batch and those were nice for fall. Mild flavor, but I didn't want to over-do it and run half of a batch.

Marshmallow Treats

Great flavor... If you follow other people's suggestion about the milk, don't do more than the cap full they suggest! Whoops. I'm making these again for sure.

Very good. Very rich. Trying different chocolate next time. I'm more of a milk chocolate fan. Great recipe though!

I love this recipe. Easy, practical, and great flavor. Mine always turns out a bit dry, but it's still so good.

Roquefort Pear Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2011
Try it! The only modification I really like to do (because I've made this several times) is that I roast a pear, put it in the food processor, then mix it with the dressing. It cuts the calories way down and it's wonderful.

Pie Crust IV

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2011
Classic, awesome crust. Easy to work with. I will probably use this for my standard crust from now on. I chilled it in the fridge for a 1/2 hour- makes it flakier I've heard. Thanks for a great, easy, CHEAP recipe!

Got tons of raves and requests for the recipe. :) I was expecting them to be fluffier, but people loved them, so I can't argue.

This was easy to work with and turned out beautiful. I used just a little bit of orange flavor extract and vanilla (1/2 each) and people loved it! Goes amazing on "Soft Christmas Cookies." Thanks!

Moroccan Lentil Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2011
This recipe is awesome. The whole family liked it (including 2 young boys). I didn't use any spices besides the garam masala and added a little bit of butter to each bowl and it was AMAZING. Better than so many Indian restaurant curries. And so healthy! Love it.

These were great. Not exactly like Cinnabon, but just as good. The frosting was just about exact though! Great recipe!

Really yummy. They taste very similar to the Betty Crocker recipe that I normally use. So buttery and tasty.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Great flavor... Mine turned out flat though as all my cookies do, so next time I'll make sure to not over-mix the dry ingredients and use baking powder instead of soda.

Soft Christmas Cookies

These are amazing and easy. They taste fresh up to 4 days old. At day 5 they were dried out. I'm making this recipe every year from now on!! Perfect recipe as written. No need to change it. (Besides real butter, I like real butter! :)
