My sister made this for my family for Mother's Day and WOW, what a super dish this was. So light and tasty. She served it with a homemade tomato salsa, rice and grilled aparagus which made for a beatiful presentation as well. Good company dish, sure to impress everyone. MMMMM!!!

Strawberry Angel Food Dessert

This was such a hit at a recent party that people could not believe how simple it was to make. You can lighten it up and it is just as delicious. Will make over and over again.

Chocolate Eclair Dessert

A wonderful and yummy recipe, so easy to make and everyone is amazed at the simplicity. Definitely heat the frosting and pour over top layer of graham crackers in order to spread more easily.

Texas Crabgrass

This was absolutely fabulous, dfinitely a keeper and will make again. My only suggestion is to double the recipe if making for a gathering, because it was gobbled up within minutes.
