Bechamel Sauce

Delicious, easy, and absolutely wonderful to top off any pasta. This recipe can be used on tortellini, or your average angel hair, ravioli- or my favorite- smothering fresh cannelloni. I highly recommend trying this recipe!

Cherry Chocolate Cake

I've made this cake once- and it was, to say the least, absolutely amazing. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE loved it. I had to bake it for a little bit longer then called for, but other then that, if you follow the directions exactly, you will have- in the end- and amazing and loved cake. I made a double batch which, in the end, made three layers. The cake was amazing.

Silver White Cake

I absolutely love this cake, and for all of the right reasons. It's light, and easy, and comes out perfectly. Sometimes I get impatient, waiting for it to cool- but that's normal with cakes, that they take awhile. I used to make this recipe, about five years ago, but then I lost the cookbook that I had the recipe in. I was ecstatic when I found the same recipe here. Pretty much any frosting will taste good with this, but I usually use the French Silk Frosting as recommended. I also use this recipe sometimes to make Petits Fours, by putting the batter into a baking pan instead. Cooking times do vary though.

This frosting is amazing. I use it on the majority of the cakes I make, and everyone who tries it is endlessly complimenting it and asking for the recipe. On top of that- it's easy, light, and done quickly!

Banana Cream Pie I

I absolutely love this recipe! I've been making it for about two years now, and it still comes out wonderfully. The first time I made it I messed up, and the cake was runny, though still delicious. I wasn't willing to give up though, and so I made this again and it turned out perfectly. I don't know what I did wrong the first time, but I highly encourage that if you face a similar problem to try again. This pie is AMAZING and one of my friends has me make this for her every year on her birthday. And she always requests that I use the same recipe.
