Apple Cider Pancakes
Some of the best pancakes I've ever made! I never have pancake mix hanging around so I made my own with 2/3 regular flour and 1/3 whole wheat. I also omitted the walnuts since my husband doesn't like them. I just toasted some and added them to the top of mine. I will definitely be making these again!!

Apple Crisp II
This was absolutely amazing! It is the perfect fall recipe. I can't wait to try this topping over cherries and pears. I cut back to 3/4 cup white sugar because I wanted to taste more apple, but I didn't think about cutting back on the water...note to self for next time. Anyways, I loved it!

Chicken Suiza Cornbread Bake
This definitely gets five stars! My husband is incredibly picky, so I struggle to find things that he will actually eat and enjoy. Tonight was the second time I have made this dish. The impressive part is that the first time I made it was 3 days ago. My husband loves it! I made a few minor changes both times though. I used 2 eggs instead of the substitute. I eliminated the mushrooms since neither of us like them. I used 1 cup of sour cream and a can of cream of chicken. I also added a 4 oz can of diced chile peppers for extra kick. This was absolutely amazing! Both my husband and I thank you. I will be making this many more times.
