Cranberry Apple Bread
I have been using this exact recipe since 1996 - from a woman I had worked with. It is a 'dry' batter, but it comes out so moist and delicious. I do not change or add anything at all to the ingredients. However, I do bake it in my stoneware loaf pan, reduce the temp to 325 degrees and let it bake for about 1 hour and 20 minutes, checking it after an hour. So good!!!

Sweet Dinner Rolls
These were so good and super easy! No bread machine in this household, nor do I have a fancy Kitchen Aid mixer. Used a reviewers suggestions to micro the milk and water, add the sugar, then yeast, let sit, mixed all that with a spoon. Adding the egg, butter and salt, used a regular mixer. Added flour gradually mixing with mixer as well. Let rise for 45 minutes after gently kneading, covering with warm towel. After punching down, pulled about 20 'ball's and put into 2 greased pie plates, spaced apart. Let rise a second time for an hour. Baked at 400 aproximately 10 minutes. So worth it! Thanks for the great recipe!
