This soup turned out great!! However, I did make a bunch of changes. I used some butternut squash instead of carrot, and added more. I left out celery and chicken broth. I started by frying up a few chopped up porkchops in oil with garlic powder, and the onion , and I added about a teaspoon of chili powder and a tsp of curry powder. I let that simmer together for a little while until the onions were brown, then I added about 2-3 cups of water. The rest was the same except that I added some salt, pepper and some dried cilantro. Also for flavour I added some sweet chili sauce which just gave it the right amount of pep. So delicous, thick, and just right!!! Also served it with biscuits.
