Spicy Fisherman's Pie
I love the base of this recipe. I supplemented the potatoes with cauliflower to make the mash and agree with the rest of the reviewers that it can use more salt and chili powder. I can see a range of substitutions that could be used to make a similar recipe.

Tuna and Avocado Salad
I tried this recipe twice--just to make sure it was as good the second time. Like another reviewer, I left the avocado chunky. Instead of white onion, I used red, and instead of tomato and jalepeno, I used some salsa. The only reason it gets 4 instead of 5 stars is that even with the pits left in, the color turns a bit. Even with that, I like this a lot.

Zesty Chicken and Potatoes
Whoa! Yummer! I not as huge a potato fan as some in my group, but even I am head-over-heels about this recipe. My changes were: used assortment of small potatoes instead of giant ones, I left out the lime (didn't have on hand), and substituted a balsamic Italian dressing for the fat-free Italian dressing. Oh, and I cooked it for almost 90 minutes, turning down the heat to 350 for the last half hour. Oh. Dear. Me. Very, very good.
