Pesto Chicken Florentine
I followed a few of the suggested modifications and it was great! I added the lightly salted tomatoes to the top (thank you NATALIESHD) and as I love spinach, I added as much spinach as I could fit in the pan! I also added a few shakes of red chili flakes as my husband and I love everything with a little kick! Very good and I will make again!

Mac and Cheese Henwood Style
Didn't change a thing! Took it to a party at our foodie neighbors house and it was gone in 10 minutes. So good, can't wait to make it again.

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II
Just in case this happens to you! Right when I started cooking I realized I didn't have enough soy sauce. I thought I was in for a disaster! However, I simply added just a TAD of sesame oil (it's very strong) and some olive oil. I have to admit that I also added another tablespoon of butter right at the end. It's still wayyyy less butter than they use at our Japanese steakhouse. Anyways, the short of it is that it was FABULOUS!!! Super tasty and I didn't even do it right! The next time I make it I'll be sure I have enough soy sauce and also think I will add some frozen mixed vegetables. Either way it was a very satisfying and my asian food loving husband approved!
