Chef John's Macaroni and Cheese

This was very good and the topping really added a punch to it. However, next time, I think I will omit the thyme. Even though it was only 1/4 tsp, I could still taste it and I don't think this dish needed it. I prefer thyme in my poultry dishes, not my mac-n-cheese.

Chicken and Biscuit Casserole

Absolutely divine!! Today was a rainy/cold day and this dish was perfect for that. For the cooked chicken, I bought a rotisserie chicken from the market and took the skin off and cubed it up. Fantastic! I bet the next day the leftovers will be even better since the flavors will have a chance to meld. Will definitely make again.

Zucchini Pineapple Bread

Made this today. LOVED IT! I sliced into it before it was completely cooled because I couldn't wait! Only thing I changed was by accident: I mistakenly used a 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple instead of 8 ounces. I used the whole can anyway since I love pineapple and it was delicious and moist. I'm making this again for sure!!

Restaurant-Quality Baked Potato Soup

Made this today and it was absolutely delicious!! I accidentally bought heavy cream instead of half and half, but that didn't matter since I like my cream soups very THICK. My Mom loved it as well and she's picky about soups. Will definitely make this again. Wonderful!

World's Best Lasagna

WOW! I made this for New Year"s Eve. Fabulous!! I've never made my own sauce before. I was chained to store bought sauces such as Prego. etc. After making this, I don't think I can go back to jar sauces ever again. It made the house smell so good. I can't wait to get at the leftovers as I'm sure the flavors will be melded together even more. This will definitely be my go-to lasagna recipe from now on. I have some sauce leftover so I will freeze it and save for later for spaghetti or chicken parmigiana, etc. Wonderful recipe Mr. Chandler! Thank You!!!
