About this Cook
I am a full time student. I love to cook when I have the time. I love to bake and cook anything. We have lots of pets which include red eared slider turtles, purple pincher hermit crabs, goldfish, cats, pygmy goat, and jersey giant chickens. I love animals, you can never have too many pets! I also am a member of the Allrecipes. Allstars which I love, it's so fun to try new foods and cooking with new ingredients.

My cooking tragedies
Potato cakes: I thought to myself, potato cakes psh that is soooo easy. Yeah right, they fell apart into a mush pile in my skillet and took about thirty minutes to finally get crunchy and cooked. But they were so oily it took about five paper towels to de-oil just two potato piles! Never again will I attempt to make these.

Amazing Muffin Cups
These are delicious! I used ground mild sausage and my bell pepper went bad so I used jalapeño instead and everyone at work loved them. These are a great breakfast!

Johnsonville Italian Sausage Rigatoni
I absolutely loved this! I used ground mild sausage and green bell peppers because I didn't have any red ones. This was so pretty in the bowl and delicious too. We sprinkled parmesan cheese on top but followed everything else as written.

Turkey Bacon Breakfast Burrito
We absolutely LOVED these burritos!! I used mild salsa in place of pica de gallo since it's what I had on hand. I could eat these every day they were so good! Definately give these a try.
