Italian Amaretto Margaritas

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2011
I love Amaretto and tequila so when I saw this I knew it would be a hit. I brought it as my contribution to a margarita party and everyone loved it! Simple, quick, tasty.....perfect!

Mushroom Slow Cooker Roast Beef

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2011
This is great! I threw it together in about 5 minutes before heading to work and let it look after itself. I thickened the juice with a tablespoon of cornstarch near the end to make a thicker gravy and we had it with mashed potatoes. Tomorrow night I think we will try the cheese steak sandwiches. My husband and I both work full time and getting good hot meals that are stress free are important. Definately will be making this again!

Screaming Potatoes

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2012
Well, what can I say....they tasted like potatoes. Had to cook them for an extra 10 minutes to try and crisp them up, but that didn't help. Considering that it took and hour and there was nothing crispy or special about them, I will be deleting this recipe from by recipe box.

Baked Macaroni and Cheese III

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2012
Not bad. Ended up putting a full can of milk and extra cheese after reading the reviews, as well as chopped up left over ham from Easter dinner (boiled it in with the pasta in order to reduce the saltiness), and used penne as I didn't have macaroni. Also threw in a pinch of cayenne as I think it goes great with old cheddar. Lots of leftovers as it made so much. Will be making it again.

Ham and Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2013
Yum! This has to be one of the fastest and tastiest Mac & Cheese style casseroles we've tried. It was in the oven in no time and we made it on a week night after work and grocery shopping! We used old cheddar as we already had it in the fridge and left over ham from Easter. No extra salt was required due to the saltiness of the other ingredients. This one is a my new favorite!
