Pumpkin Ginger Cupcakes

Omg, what can I say about these cupcakes besides that THEY ARE SCRUMPTIOUS! I followed the recipe to the T, and they came out moist and delicious. I made them for a party for some of my friends who were visiting, and everyone loved them. It's definitely a recipe worth making again and again.

Red Velvet Cupcakes

De-lish!!! I made these cupcakes for my little brother's football team, and everyone loved them. The only thing I changed in the cake recipe was that I used green food coloring instead of red because his team colors were green (cake) and white (frosting). I also made the frosting recipe more sweet and less cream chessey because little kids like it that way. I prefer the frosting recipe as it is though. Definitely a recipe I will use time and time again.

Rolled Buttercream Fondant

I have never made fondant before, but I followed the recipe exactly. The fondant came out greasy and soft. It tasted great, but it tore very easily, and I couldn't get it to hold its shape. I wonder it you can't make fondant that tastes great and works well at the same times. :(

Mongolian Beef and Spring Onions

I love, love, love this recipe. It tastes like you when out to a Mongolian restaurant. I did make some changes though. I used a 1/3 cup of soy sauce and used 1/2 cup of vegitable oil for frying (with a pound and a half of steak). I also added lots of red peppers and broccoli. This is definitely a recipe I will print out and use again. Thank you!

Ultimate French Toast

Incredible! My mom makes French toast with the same recipe, and all us kids love it! Don't try to go over the top; just keep it simple.

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

It was fabulous, but I did change and add a few things. I used Pillsbury pizza dough, Mexican blend cheese (I would go with the white cheese if I chose to do it again.), red peppers, and onions. I used Texas Pete original hot sauce and Marie lite blue cheese dressing. It came out great. Excellent recipe!
