Basil Shrimp Fettuccine

I didn't have the fat-free evaporated milk on hand, so I modified the recipe and left the milk and flour out and used a little butter and a little extra olive oil when sauteeing the veggies and it made a wonderful, light sauce for the pasta. I also substituted 1/2 Tbsp dried basil for fresh which worked well, although I'm sure fresh would have made it look prettier. Very flavorful recipe. I made even try again with chicken instead of shrimp as a variation.

Easy Tiramisu

The hardest part was finding the mascarpone cheese. It's expensive, but worth it. I found it at an Italian bakery priced much less than my regular grocery store.

Hot Crab and Jalapeno Dip

The jalapeno is a welcome twist to the standard crab/artichoke dip. Everyone at the party agreed. I tried it with and without the jalapenos and both were great, so if you're not into spicy, leave them out and it's still very good.

Creamy Celery Casserole

Blue Cheese Appetizer Tart

This one is delicious and very rich. To save time I used pre-ade frozen puff pastry dough and lined he holes in a muffin tin with the dough to make individual cups. I cooked the cups first and then added the filling and cooked as directed. It made great little individual appetizers!

Suki's Spinach and Feta Pasta

Very flavorful. My husband and I both loved it. I used canned diced tomatoes (italian herb flavor) instead of fresh which worked very well. I'll definately make this one again.

Tiramisu Cheesecake

This dessert was the hit of our holiday gathering. Everyone wanted the recipe! I doubled the Kahlua as recomended in the other reviews which worked great. With less I think you would have trouble telling it from a plain cheesecake. Very easy!
