Italian Breaded Pork Chops

I love this recipe!! I've always had difficulty making pork chops that don't end up very dry. I used boneless thin cut chops so they were pretty much done by the time they were browned, but I put them in the oven briefly just to reheat before serving. I'm going to try it with chops cut to the normal thickness and finish cooking in the oven per the recipe. My husband and I loved them! Very tasty, tender and juicy! And better yet, really quick and easy to make. Definitely a keeper!
