Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2012
I thought this was an awesome recipe! I did a few tweaks following the recommendations of others. I didn't put the brown sugar and ketchup on the bottom, I put it on the top with an added Tablespoon of Worcestershire. I also used only a 1/2 Cup of Milk, and 1/4 cup of Brown sugar. I added a 1/4t of garlic powder, a couple drops of Worcestershire in the meatloaf mix. I didn't have just beef, I had a meatloaf mix with pork and I think it added to the flavor. Definitely saving the recipe to do it again :)

Tiramisu Cheesecake

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2012
I make this all the time and my family loves it. I double the liquor, I use Kahlua (my husband always says that it needs more) and I use vanilla wafers because I can never find ladyfingers. I love it and would eat it daily if I could just burn off the calories.

Apple Crisp

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2011
I really like this recipe a lot, especially because it is made for just two people and because it is easy to add more servings. The first time I made the recipe I did exactly as followed, the next time I added 2-3 tablespoons of quick oats oatmeal, and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar with only 1 tablespoon of regular sugar. Instead of 3 tablespoons of flour, I only use 1. Thanks for the great recipe!

Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2010
Really good and easy (that was the best part). Like others I changed it up a bit, I cut up garlic and dipped the chicken into crushed garlic and olive oil mix. Then I dipped it into the bread crumbs, and baked it for 35 minutes at 375 degrees.
