Chunky Tomato Potato Soup

WOW this was Amazing :) I changed a couple things though. I omitted celery. I didn't have italian seasoning, so i used Oregano, basil, and Clubhouse Garlic Plus Spice. I did not have tomato paste, so i used 1/2 can of tomato Soup and 3-4 tablespoons of Medium Salsa. I also added 1 1/2 whole tomato. It was scrumptious!! Perfect for a cold or snowy sunday. Served with warm buttered Buns :)

Oatmeal and Wheat Flour Blueberry Pancakes

WOW! These turned so Light and fluffy...i was pleasantly surprised :) . The only things I changed was:1) I added 1tbs of white sugar along with the brown. 2) I used 1% Milk Instead of Soy Milk I added 1/4 cup applesauce, and Only half the Oil. I also added some vanilla Extract, a little cinnamon and lots more Blueberries!!! Yummy :) oh ps I put the milk and oats in a saucepan with the oil, applesauce, vanilla and Cinnamon and brrought it to a simmer and then removed it from the heat, added the eggs, then mixed it in with the dry mixture.

World's Best Potato Salad

I wish I could give this more the 5 stars..Because it is Exactly what I was searching for!! Thank you so much :) (ps it was a total hit at mt BBQ today) I did make some Minor Changes though: 1. I used 12 sm-med potatoes which I peeled and cubed AND THEN bolied for about 10-15 mins 2. I Used 3 Green onions (instead of White), about a tsp of celery seed (instead of celery) and 4 diced boiled eggs. 3. I mixed and mashed it all with my potatoes (along with the salt): being careful not to completely mash the potatoes but leaving some chunky texture. FOR THE DRESSING: 1. Like other i used TWO tsp of Cornstarch. 2. I only used 1/3 Cup of Sugar 3. I used 1 TBS of yellow mustard. 4. I did not have evaporated Milk so i used roughly 1 & 1/4 cup of 1% milk. 3.other then that... I follow the recipe exactly(I did not Increase or double the ingredients even though i used more potatoes) AND it turn out PERFECT for the amount i had. I will be putting this recipe in my favorites pile :))) Thanks again for a Wonderful, Flavorful Recipe!!

Amish White Bread

GREAT Recipe, But Definitely TOO much sugar. I should have read the reviews better before making the bread. It is unbearably sweet, I actually put in just a little bit more than 2/3 cups sugar..Bad Idea lol Its not totally horrible and You can still tell this is Great Bread!!! My advice (like others) Tone down the sugar a bit and it IS WONDERFUL :)

Traditional White Bread

LOVE IT!!! First Time making Bread today and it was as easy as pie!! Like others, instead of lard I used Becel. I don't think I will ever buy store bought bread again!! There is just no comparison. I think I will do what another reviewer said and Bake a couple loaves each Sunday. :)
