Lentil Soup with Lemon

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2011
I rate this as a four only because I think five should be perfection and equal to the best thing I ever tasted. My first run on this was excellent. Really wonderful. And everyone else loved it, too. On my next run I will add a touch more chili powder and perhaps cumin... my personal taste. Overall, a fantastic recipe. It is now in fixed on my menu of great dishes. I'm certain I'll make it regularly. Thank you for sharing!!!

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2011
Great recipe. Thank you! The only thing I did differently was I used about 3.5 lbs of boneless/skinless chicken thighs instead of breasts for taste/cost reasons. I'm happy to add this recipe to my folder. It is very very good.

Honey Mustard Dressing II

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2011
So easy, fast, and good. I like it equally with plain yogurt or mayonnaise. And I didn't really like honey mustard dressing that much before I found this recipe. I love it now. Thanks for the recipe!

Cucumber and Tomato Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2012
Fantastic. I used feta rather than tofu, and greek dressing as others suggested. It was inexpensive, fast, and delicious. Thanks for sharing.

Roasted Cauliflower and Leek Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2013
This was very good! My market didn't have chervil so I used dried parsley instead. And once the soup had simmered for awhile I used a hand potato masher to break down the cauliflower a bit. It was a very good soup. Thanks for the recipe!
