Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
This was a huge hit at my bbq tonight! The chips were fantastic! HOWEVER, make sure you bake the chips long enough or else it will be really tough. If the chips seem tough or hard to chew, just put them back in the oven for 5-10 minutes. I ended up baking my chips for about 20 minutes for each batch. I used a pizza cutter for the chips and it worked out great!! I also added nectarines and blueberries for color. I think next time i'll used a different kind of apple because the golden delicious apples were a tad sour. A lot of water juice/liquid comes out of this dip from the sugars so I just poured some of the juice out so it wouldn't be so soupy. I also didn't put any brown sugar because other reviewers said it was too sweet. Anyways, awesome summer snack! Thanks so much!!

Blueberry Lemon Bread
This turned out GREAT!! It was more of a cake than bread but I was completely satisfied. =) I did make a few changes from suggestions of other chefs out there.. Instead of using melted butter, I used softened. Also, I microwaved the lemon juice and sugar for the glaze for a little over a minute. Oh and I had to bake it longer than it said, I ended up baking it for about 1 and a half hours. It turned out really moist and delicious.. Oh yeah, and I also used another suggestion to keep the berries from sinking, I put my washed my berries and put them in the freezer while I was preparing and mixing..and getting the lemon zest, then once it was time to put the berries in, I put a tablespoon of flour on the berries and mixed it up. I used a more berries than it called for..but heck, why not? =) Thanks for the great recipe!!

Cone Cupcakes
This gets 3 stars because it was cute. I used mini ice cream cones to make it look super adorable. That was a success. However, taste wise..Negative! The cones got incredibly soggy over time. So if you make these, I would suggest eating them within an hour. However, I did manage to get a nice picture out of these. =)
