Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

This is a really good, and easy recipe. I make it quite often, and usually serve it with lamb or red meats. It is my husband’s favorite side dish.

Curry Broccoli Salad

This is always a hit. I make it for every party I have or go to. I usually substitute 2 cups of cooked pasta (any kind even tortellini) for the broccoli. I sometimes put the bacon on the side so my vegetarian friends can enjoy it.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

I love this recipe, it is so simple and easy. It is now part of every Holiday meal. I do prefer them a little more golden to dark brown, not black or charred.

Maple Glazed Ribs

This is a great recipe if you want decent ribs that are fairly quick and very easy. Granted they are not as good as slow smoked ribs, but it can satisfy your cravings. I usually let the ribs sit in the sauce overnight, and I also add a little more Brown sugar and less ketchup.
