Awesome recipe!! And so easy too. I followed the recipe exactly, freshly grating the parmesan cheese myself, and had no problems with texture, melting, gooeyness or flavor. My guests thought this was a restaurant quality sauce. I would use the parsley as a garnish though instead of mixing into the sauce. But a really great recipe!
