This was the easiest & best tasting of all the Peanut Butter Ball recipies. I've tried at least 4 others.

Cheesy Potato and Corn Chowder

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2012
Really really good! I'm a huge crockpot kinda girl so I followed a few other reviewers tips and the soup came out wonderful. I baked off some bacon (400 degrees for about 20 minutes) Put some (about 2 Tbls.) of the bacon grease in the bottom of the (high) hot crock pot, put in the celery & onions. I added the potatoes & chicked broth cooked it on high for about 3 hours. I then added a can of cream corn, regualr corn, 6 oz of Velveeta & used 1 cup milk & 1 cup heavy cream. Always salt & pepper. I let it cook for another hour. Added some shreded cheddar, bacon bits and chives. Fantastic!

We found it to be heavy on the onions and the glaze was way too sweet.

Wazzu Tailgate Chili

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2011
We absolutely loved this chilli. We're in Texas so we added 2 habonero chillis along with the 2 jalapeno. But the underlying flavor is really really good. Thanks for the great recipie.

Cheese's Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2011
super good! Following several of the reviewers suggestions, I only used about 1/2 an onion, I warmed the milk before adding it to the roux and I added about 3 oz. of Velveeta. Husband says it is great!

Absolutely delicious! I used a small diced onion in place of the onion soup mix (didn't have any). I also added a drained jar of mushrooms. Wonderful!!

Really good except I used flour tortillas. Do not do this - the texture is rather slimy. The flavors are spot on.

Quinoa and Black Beans

This rocked! My new favorite food is Quinoa. I followed the recipie exactly as written except I added 1 small package of cooked chicken (Hormel in the deli section) and I added a handfull of chopped up cherry tomatoes. Yum! Even my meat loving husband said it was great!

Cinnamon Bread I

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2011
Very Good! I make a few changes to make it a bit more healthy - husband is diabetic. I used 1 cup wheat flour & 1 cup regular. I substituted Splenda for the 1 cup of suger in the batter. I did not have any vanilla extract so I used almond. It was still really good.

Chicken Suiza Cornbread Bake

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2011
I only made a few minor adjustments. Instead of regular corn, I used mexican canned corn. I used 2 eggs, we don't use substitute. It was really good. We eat alot of mexican food so the spice level was a little low. Next time, I'll add the whole can of green chiles & probably a jap. The basic recipie is great!
