Exquisite Pizza Sauce

Terrific sauce, and so easy to prepare! I left out the anchovy paste and added no salt, but followed the rest of the recipe as is. I was initially worried about the sweetness and the spiciness, but the spiciness is mellowed once the sauce is spread on a pizza, and I balanced the sweetness by using sharp, salty toppings (Gruyere cheese, sauteed spinach, etc.). I plan to try using the leftover sauce for lasagna.

Karen's Baked Banana Stuffed French Toast

Delicious! I would suggest one change, however. The bananas get very runny in the oven if you mash them. I now make this recipe using sliced banana instead.
