Easy Pineapple Cake

I like chewy and really soft cakes so I had no problem with the consistency but, I hate cakes that are too sweet. Recipes are dependent on your taste buds and I did not taste any pineapple flavor in this cake only sugar; it definitely needs other flavors to enhance it. I won’t be making this cake again because I would rather a cake without pineapple as the main ingredient. The only thing I can suggest is to add other things (e.g.coconut,orange rinds) because pineapple is mostly water and does not have a lot of flavor to begin with so when baking it becomes a watery unflavored mush. I still appreciate and respect everyone's recipe contributions. Thanks!

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

This banana bread is delicious and moist. The only thing I would change is the oven temperature (I will try 325 the next time) because I like my bread a little less brown. Also, no matter what recipe I use,I always crush bananas when doing banana bread. These things are just personal preferences!

Best Carrot Cake Ever

This is my first carrot cake and I will definitely be using this recipe for years to come; this is one of the moistest carrot cakes ever! I tweaked this recipe only because I didn’t want raisins or nuts so, I put ½ cup of crushed pineapple(drained) and I used 4 cups of carrots (instead of 6 cups) with 2 cups of shredded coconut. Note: This recipe makes a lot of cake. I will be making this again for Xmas...I love this cake. Thanks Nan!

Banana Muffins II

I'm not much of a baker so I was looking for a easy and great recipe--I found it! The muffins turned out so great they looked store-bought; it rose well, the color was perfect, and it popped right out of the pan with no problem. I took the muffins out 5 minutes before the suggested time and they were moist and perfect!
