The Best Bean and Ham Soup
Yes, I made some changes but basically stuck to the recipe. I used a can of kidney beans and a can of pinto beans and rinsed them first. This soup is delicious. The mustard and lemon juice gives it a flavor that is different than any other soup that I've tried. Nice and robust... tangy even. I added two cubed red potatoes and used some chopped red bell pepper. I couldn't get enough of this soup!

Unbelievable Chicken
I made this for dinner tonight. The only thing I changed is that I used the juice of a whole lemon because I didn't have a lime on hand. I marinated the chicken for about 8 hours and it was flavorful and delicious and VERY tender. My husband liked it too in spite of the fact that he doesn't like the main ingredients (vinegar, mustard or lemon!). I was surprised that he liked it so much. It was raining outside so I heated some butter in a pan and fried it in a skillet. The next time I hope to grill it. This is a winner and will go in my recipe box for another night.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
These are without a doubt the best Chocolate Chip Cookies that I've ever made... IN MY LIFE. Of course I used Nestle Morsels, but instead of Semi-Sweet I used Milk Chocolate. And I added 1/2 a bag of chopped walnuts. I also rolled them in sugar before I put them on the pan to bake. Other than that I made them exactly like the recipe. I had to bake a little longer, around 19 minutes. They smell DIVINE! I highly recommend these to anyone who loves Chocolate Chip Cookies!
