Sausage Balls

Love these! My recipe called for 3 cups bisquick, and 2 cups works much better. I'm putting this one in my recipe box! Thank you for the tip to use my dough hook on my Kitchen Aide Mixer - fabulous. Biggest problem is trying to get them in the container without eating too many :)!

Chicken Celery Casserole

Great recipe as is, enjoyed it tonight with Brown Rice. IF you like it thicker (and I do), I dipped some sauce from the pan and mixed with 3 tbs cornstarch and stirred it back in during the last 30 minutes. Good add-in is a jar of pimiento and red pepper flakes to spice it up a bit. Delicious!

My Mom made this recipe, it was a staple growing up. The crusty top is yummy. I make it for events and change it up with cheeses EXCEPT I always put Velveeta in the mix. YUM!

Mushroom Chicken Piccata

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2011
Karen: Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe! I used 3 large Breast Halves, and followed your recipe to the tee after that. They were high enough in the sauce that I didn't see any need to remove them. Result - DELICIOUS! Flavorful, over long grained rice. YUMMY! I'm a sauce person, so if 6 breasts, I would have to increase the sauce ;).

Garlic Cheese Grits with Shrimp

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2011
Absolutely fabulous! Made this for New Years Dinner, and all the leftovers were gone the next day. Made a few Changes due to items on hand, used several Wisc cheeses, edam, sharp chedder, and montery jack. I baked several cloves of garlic and added to the grits and the shrimp. And, cooked the grits in chicken broth. This will be our new tradition dinner! Thanks!!!
