Sloppy Joes II
This was NOT what I expected... I used less sugar, thinking I could add more if it needed it and wished I hadn't at all. It had a very sweet/sour taste to it, not the manwich taste I was looking for.. I probably won't be making this again. PS: it was th efirst time my hubby or kids have had it, and I was going on and on about how much they will like them, remembering what my Mom served when I was a kid. They thought i wa crazy LOL.

Spanish Cod
This was excellent! The only changes I made was I didn't have marinated veggies so I used the advice of another and used some canned artichoke and I didn't use cherry tomatoes, but thickly sliced zucchini. My girls are 4 and 7 and they ate this up. Husband claimed to be 'not feeling well' but ended up having seconds. it was more stew-like that I thought it would be, but that didn't change the great flavor.

Crab Salad III
I just came back to reprint this recipe. It is fabulous. Everyone loved it. Goes great with the grilled chicken with herbs http://chicken.allrecipes.com/AZ/GrilledChickenwithHerbs.asp Def a keeper in this salad-picky house. The black olives really made it interesting. (I have to leave out the radishes)
