Baked Stuffed Tomatoes
Just made these! I didn't have bell pepper so I used diced onion. I made my own croutons out of 1 slice of wheat bread, buttered on both sides - 1 side with a little sprinkle of garlic powder and other side with a sprinkle of Italian seasoning. Added: 1/4 tsp of Olive Oil, 1 tbs Italian seasoning and shredded Colby Jack cheese to top.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
This was awesome! I was skeptical when it said Italian salad dressing, but it turned out great. I too added a few TBS of liquid smoke which made it even better. Instead of chicken breast, I used tenderloin because it was so much easier to shred. It was a big hit with the family!

Cranberry Hootycreeks
Excellent! These cookies have a wonderful combination together with the cranberries, white chocolate and oats. There going to make great gifts for this year's Christmas. I found out that you might need to bake them for a little longer than 8-10 minutes, or I made them too big. 5/8 cup = 1/2 + 2 TBS, just so you know. Thanks for the recipe!
