Italian Meatballs

These were great. I only cooked them for about 45 minutes, and simmered them in the sauce for about 30 minutes. My husband really enjoyed them.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

This is always a hit at all of my parties. It's so easy because you can chop the fruit while you're making batched of the chips! If you're not planning on serving this for a couple of hours though, I usually leave out a little of the sugar - it keeps it from getting very soupy by the time you serve it.

Jeff's Chili Con Queso

This was such a hit at our Cinco de Mayo party. I made a double batch and put it in a crock pot on the table to keep it warm. People stood around the table and ate the whole thing! I couldn't believe it! So much better than a jar of queso with some chili!!!

Mama's Dormant Chicken

Shepherd's Pie Complete

Very good. I only used 2 cans of gravy (all I had), and it was good. I wouldn't have used anymore even if I had it. I think it would have been too soupy. Overall, this was good and enjoyed by everyone in the house.

Green Punch

American Lasagna

As a non-Italian, this was my first attempt at lasagna. Amazingly, it turned out great! The receipe was simple and easy to follow. The lasagna was moist and flavorful, but too goopy. Best of all, my boyfriend loved it! He said it was the best lasagna a Polish girl ever made! (We're supposed to have the leftovers tonight, but I have a feeling there won't be any left when I get home!)
