Cincinnati-Style Chili
This is a wonderful recipe! I changed a couple of things, I used extra crumbels 6oz, half the sugar, and no water. And a little extra hot sauce, it was so good. Even the meat eaters had seconds! I served it over pasta with cheese.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
this dough has to be cold to roll out with lots of flour because it gets sticky as soon as it becomes room temperature. I actually gave up on rolling it out. But, my husband gave it a try and got it to roll out. He left it in the fridge and would pull out just enough to roll so that it would stay cold. I made these at christmas and they were great for decorating once baked but the are kind of bland tasting, I will look for an easier recipe this year..

Mombasa Pumpkin Dessert
too much sugar! I used 2/3cup and it tasted good, then I added another1/3 and it was so sweet it overpowered the flavors, I did not have cardamom so I used a little allspice. My 3 year old didn't like it, so I creamed a cup of margerine and a cup of sugar together then mixed 4 cups flour, 2 tsp of baking soda and cinnamon, into the mombasa and made yummy little mini muffins. She loved them, this could easily be cookies, I will throw some chocolate chips in next time.
