Steak Sauce

Seriously - this tastes better than store-bought. I'm not a huge steak fan and NEVER have steak sauce around, but it whips up in a couple minutes and is DELISH!

Cranberry Sauce Extraordinaire

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2012
This is my Thanksgiving staple cranberry sauce recipe. The taste and texture are perfect and it makes enought that I follow Leeza's recommendation of serving it over a block of cream cheese with crackers for a appetizer and its OH-SO-YUMMY!! Thank you for sharing!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2012
"The best cupcake. Ever." Indeed. This recipe really doesn't need any more raving reviews, but these are so amazing that I HAD to review. Living in the Denver area, I was afraid I might run into "high altitude" issues, but I followed the directions to a "T" and they came out PERFECT at 17 minutes, no sinking, yummily-perfectly moist and sooo good they're BAD :o) My biggest quandry was what frosting to use, something light and fluffy and not too sweet, and I found this AMAZING frosting recipe that complemented these perfectly: http://www.ourbestbites.com/2010/05/chocolate-frosting/ Thank you again for sharing your deliciousness with us! :o)

Sopapilla Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2012
What a hit! I will say that I did not even COME CLOSE to using 1/2 cup melted butter or 1/2 cup white sugar for the top....I just brushed the top with "enough" butter and sprinkled "enough" cinnamon & sugar to evenly cover. This went over HUGE for dessert and equally as HUGE when I took the leftovers to work. A DEFINITE keeper!!

Pumpkin Breakfast Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2010
Loved this! Made it exactly as written with the exception of using wheat bread instead of white. It was a nice complement to the breakfast potluck we had at work...it wasn't overly sweet and has a yummy "bread pudding" consistency. Everyone raved!
