Made a few adjustments but it got rave reviews. Definitely precoat chicken pieces in cornstarch before cooking. I also doubled the sauce as others suggested otherwise it would've been too little. I used 2 heaping Tbsp. of orange juice concentrate in place of the juice to give it more prominence, added 2 tsp. freshly grated ginger, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 anise seed, 2 shakes of curry powder, and 1/4 tsp cayenne. Didn't have Chinese 5 spice but it had a nice low but consistent spiciness. Will absolutely make again
