Out of this World Turkey Brine

Delicious Turkey Breast! Brined for 19 hours, then put in the smoker for 5 hours with charcoal and apple wood chips. Used sea salt and much less than called for b/c not big on salty flavors...and added uncooked bacon strips under the skin and then over the skin to add additional flavor and moisture. It was a hit!!!

Fresh Spinach Salad

My husband said it is his new favorite salad and I agree. The only thing different is that I used Splenda instead of sugar...and used just a little bit less than the 1/2 C so it wasn't too sweet. Yummy!
