Fiesta Chicken and Rice Bake

this was so good! i used a can of corn instead of one cup and drained about half the liquid out, and also added a can of kidney beans, drained and rinsed. also used monterey jack cheese instead of cheddar. rice cooked fine, not crunchy at all. will def make again! delicious!!

Quick, Homemade Hamburger Soup

first time ever making soup and this turned out great! i didnt have canned carrots or potatoes, but i had canned white whole potatoes that i cut up and put in and it was turned out just fine. i even passed the recipe to my mom to make for my dad who is a soup fanatic! thanks so much for this wonderful and versatile recipe!

Individual Baked Eggs

This was a really easy way to make eggs. I used Oscar Meyer pre-cooked bacon so I wouldn't have to fry bacon in a skillet, and this made for a simple cleanup. Will make again.
