Best Peanut Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2011
I used the basic premise of this recipe and went from there. I actually found a spicy peanut butter which had great spices. My husband loves this stuff.

Best Ever Cinnamon Buns

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2011
I made this recipe and brought it to work. They LOVED these!! The recipe was very easy. The only problem I had was that the dough came out very sticky but I just made sure my hands were oiled at all times. Since this recipe makes so much dough I was able to make enough with it to feed my entire work crew. They've been begging me for more ever since.

Plum Blueberry Upside Down Cake

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2011
This recipe was a HUGE hit. Even my extremely picky daughter liked it. Usually any dessert that isn't chocolate is snubbed. I followed other people's advice and used almost double the butter and brown sugar for the topping. I also used prune plums and it turned out great. I also added cinnamon to the cake batter and topping. I would definitely make this again.

This is now a staple in my house during apple season. I put in tons of apples and it keeps everything nice and moist. Great taste. Great recipe.

Scottish Shortbread IV

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2010
Such a simple recipe with an amazing flavor. The key is not to overwork or overcook. I also added chopped glazed pecans. My coworkers ate the entire batch within an hour.

Thai-Style Peanut Sauce with Honey

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2010
Great recipe. I had some already spiced peanut butter so didn't need the ginger and pepper flakes. Used the garlic, added agave nectar instead of honey and no sesame oil because I didn't have any. It came out great!
