Worked out Great!! I used whipping cream in the food processer (I chilled the blade first). Processed for about 8 minutes, strained off the buttermilk and mashed into a plastic container. Delicious!! Thanks for the recipe.

Crab Dip

Yummy!! Was a big hit at my husband's Christmas party. I added some Tony Chachere's seasoning and an extra can of imitation crab. Also, baked an extra 20 minutes. Thanks for the great recipe!

Sweet and Sour Sauce I

Wow, this recipe has way to much soy sauce! (I served it with egg rolls) However, if you only put a couple of dashes and then one drop of red food coloring, it looks & taste just like the kind you get from the restaurant.
