SO Delicious! I made this quickly last night on a whim to serve with a chickpea tikka masala. I usually buy naan at the grocery store, but didn't this time. Since it was just for the two of us, I halved the recipe. I used fresh garlic from my own garden and it was fabulous. I cooked the naan on a George Foreman style Swedish grill and it was perfect. I didn't really "pull" the dough as much in the first couple of pieces, but by #3, it was chewy, crispy goodness. It was so much better than the store bought variety. It tasted like and was the consistency of what is served in authentic Indian restaurants. We had it for dinner and again with lunch today and can't wait to make it again!
