Chicken Tikka Masala
I made it with no salt and only a pinch or two bit of paprika, blended the Jalpeno in the blender with the tomato sauce instead of little peices and it tasted great. Next time I may cut down on the amount of cream, just to see how it turns.
Also we cooked the chicken on the george forman grill, just lined it with aluminum foil, it was a little messy but nothing 1 papertowel couldn't clean up.
