Gaye's Microwave Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2010
Excellent!! This fudge turned out perfectly wonderful. I excluded the vanilla and replaced it with mint extract and sprinkled little green sprinkles on top. The sprinkles added a perfect touch to the mint chocolate. I'm saving this in my inbox.

Bread Pudding II

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2010
Great recipe! My husband is from Southern Virginia, I'm from the westcoast. We don't make bread pudding there. I made this for the first time from this recipe. It worked out great, cept I took the others advise and sprinkled cinnamon on top of the bread, and extra nutmeg and added sprinkled brown sugar on top. Excellent!!!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2010
Oh my gosh, these are perfect!! I made this today on Christmas Eve, followed the directions exactly. Didn't put the water in though, I did put it in the frig. cuz I already knew it helps if you let them sit in the frig before cooking. I use the frig tick on Chocolate chip cookies, and just about all cookies because it makes them softer and way better. :)

Easy Cheese Ball II

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2011
I didn't have Ranch Dressing mix so I added my own spices like Cayenne pepper, garlic, basil, and added a little fetta cheese. I made this for my Halloween party and it was gone in no time!!! Everybody was telling me my cheese ball was the bomb! I chopped a few onions added them in and I did bacon bits inside as well as on the outside w/ crushed pecans. YUM, YUM, gonna make this for Thanksgiving and Christmas!!

Breaded Chicken Fingers

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2010
These were sooooooo good!! Excellent recipe! I didn't have buttermilk, used regular milk. Turned out perfect. I also used my deep fryer. I used my own spices, used self rising flour so I didn't have to add salt or baking powder. This recipe is super easy to make perfect chicken tenders!! Thanks, we will make these again!!

Beer Bread I

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2011
I have been making this for a few years and have told most my friends about my beer bread secrets. I always make cookies, bread, everything with self-rising flour. It just skips steps and tastes the same. I also add garlic, and italian seasons... I've also used this for a homemade pizza crust. Works wonders everytime!!! 5 stars for me!

Homemade Wine

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2011
This wine recipe is awesome!!! I made wine back in the fall, made it exactly like the recipe. It worked wonderfully, I liked the white wine the best. I used Welches white grape juice, it was my fav. This time I am going to take advice from the reviews and use some real fruit by using my juicer, then added it to the bottles. Cheap and cool way to bring wine to a party!! People will be impressed!

Beef Stroganoff II

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2013
Easy and amazing!!! My husband LOVES anything with noodles, I get so tired of spaghetti. This was a perfect solution. Added garlic, cream cheese, milk. Left out flour. Substituted ground beef for steak. Added a little red wine. Didn't measure anything, just mixed and stir till it looks perfect. Definitely a favorite. :)

Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2012
LOVE THIS!! Here's my changes: read reviews about mushy pretzels. I DID NOT bake the crust for 8 to 10 mins. Turned out just as good!!! Used fat free cream cheese, fat free whipped cream. And really you could leave out the 3/4 cup butter and 3 tables. of sugar and add less than 1 cup of sugar to make it way healthier. Granted, if you are going to take it to a wedding or baby shower you should probably use all the fatting stuff but just for family outings it is REALLY and truely just as good and actually amazing as fat free!!!

Turned out PERFECT!!! I used 4 eggs, regular milke instead of buttermilk, and self-rising flour so I got to leave out the baking power and salt to make the recipe easier. I took it to my grandpa's 93rd birthday it was gone in 4 minutes. Everybody LOVED it!
