Two stars because it taste good, but I followed this recipe exactly as written. It has been over 5 hrs. and I'm assuming it won't harden. It is not at all like the picture, turned out way too runny. Not at all the consistency of fudge. I won't try this again because I know I did it all correctly, was a complete FLOP!!

I did not care for this recipe!! I used my bread machine, used self rising flour instead omitted Baking Powder, soda and salt and it was a complete flop.

Stuffed Shells I

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2010
Tastes good but too runny. I followed the recipe, added diced tomoatos to make it pretty and ad a little flavor. I was not majorly impressed with this recipe, but might try it again adding spinach, mushrooms or onions and do ricota cheese instead of cottage cheese.

Breaded Chicken Fingers

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2010
These were sooooooo good!! Excellent recipe! I didn't have buttermilk, used regular milk. Turned out perfect. I also used my deep fryer. I used my own spices, used self rising flour so I didn't have to add salt or baking powder. This recipe is super easy to make perfect chicken tenders!! Thanks, we will make these again!!

Bread Pudding II

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2010
Great recipe! My husband is from Southern Virginia, I'm from the westcoast. We don't make bread pudding there. I made this for the first time from this recipe. It worked out great, cept I took the others advise and sprinkled cinnamon on top of the bread, and extra nutmeg and added sprinkled brown sugar on top. Excellent!!!
