Extreme Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2011
WOOOWWW!!! This cake is amazing! It's true what other reviewers say about the cake batter being very thin after adding the boiling water. I didn't have any problems with the cake batter overflowing, it just rose up a lot while cooking. But as you're waiting for it to cool the dome falls back down to a nice even level. I did find it hard to split the layers since the cake is so moist. This is easily the best cake I have ever tasted. It's very rich, very good chocolate taste. The cake is that perfect consistency you expect from a bakery. Right after it was done I ate 2 slices, it was that amazing.

Marinated Greek Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2011
The inner kabob chicken pieces were moist, but the ends got dried out. I don't think I'm a huge fan of the flavor or using yogurt as a marinade.

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2011
WOW this tastes absolutely amazing. Made just 2 servings and put half of that on a side of Greek salad. Tasted like something I should be ordering at a restaurant!

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2010
For some reason, these just didn't have very much flavor. Also, the potato part didn't really scoop out of its shell too easy. Not sure what I did wrong, I left it in for a full hour.

Emergency Garlic Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2010
Awesome, easy recipe. Instead of garlic and butter, it works just as well to throw on some cheese for a quick, cheap cheesy bread.
