Pepperoncini Beef

I LOVE this beef!!!!! My whole family loves it. The best part is how many ways you can use this as left overs! We always make steak and cheese subs and quesadillas with this beef and they are unbelievable! I also think the steak and cheese subs we make with this beef are better than any sub shop! I can't rave about this recipe enough. I add a sliced onion to the slow cooker.

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

This was a HUGE hit on New Years Eve that I am amking it again for the Super Bowl. This dip went faster than the the buffalo chicken dip I made!!!

Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

This recipe was amazing. I substituted the water for beef broth and added a whole package of slice mushrooms. I was never a big fan of salisbury steak but my husband was so I would buy him the frozen Encore ones. After making this I am a fan of salisbury steak and my husban will never let me buy the frozen ones again!!! I will be making this again tonight for dinner and Im doubeling to make sure there is leftovers!!!!!!!!

Foolproof Rib Roast

UBELIEVABLE!!!!! This is going to be the only recipie I EVER use to make my rib roast. I did reduce the time the oven was off to 2 hours 15 minutes and then cooked it for an additional 30 minutes with the oven on and the roast was PERFECT. Next time I am going to reduce the 2nd cooking time to 20 minutes so that the meat is a little more rare. I used a 4lb rib roast. Hubby was in heaven eating this meat, he couldnt even speak!!! Considering when I make this again having my parents over so I can again prove to my father I CAN COOK!!! I wish I could have given this more than 5 starts!! 12/27/11 I have now made a prime rib twice with this method and I again was not dissappointed. I used a 7.5lb roast for Christmas dinner but kept the times exact per the recipie and the roast was perfect! Everyone loved it! Hubby is already planning on when we are going to make this again.

Best Ever Sausage with Peppers, Onions, and Beer!

Super!!!!! cooked the sausage in the frying pan and then put it in the crockpot. Then I made the sauce with the peppers and onions and let it cook all day on low. I was impressed with how tender the sausage was!!! Even my daughter who normally doesnt eat peppers and onions ate hers!! We will be making this again but next time we are going to try it out on sub rolls instead of rice.

Seven Layer Tortilla Pie

Delicious!!!! I did modify as suggested by others. I added chopped green chilies, ground beef with taco seasoning, refried beans in place of the pinto and black beans, added enchilada sauce, used tace chesse instead of cheddar, and also used corn tortillas instead of flour and baked them for 5 minutes. Even my picky 12 year old daugher cleaned her plate!!!!

Shannon's Smoky Macaroni and Cheese

Very yummy, just kinda expensive. Definately going to reduce the amount of cayenne pepper as suggested by other's next time around. I am going to try with cheese ends as suggested by another next time around.
