i was looking for a recipe similar to what i had lost several years ago...this indeed was a better find! I didn't give it 5 * b/c i didn't have the buttermilk nor vegetable oil to try it as is...i had olive oil on hand and used chicken broth in lieu of the milk...it turned out amazingly well :) for those using this for the first time, don't think of "biscuit" as the thicker dough we use...this dough is very moist, light and moldable. make sure you do put it on a floured surface and sprinkle flour on top before patting or rolling out...dont be tempted to overwork the dough trying to incorporate the flour all it in. keep it simple and these will turn out light and fluffy!!!! thank you for submitting :)
