Southern Fried Cabbage

Make this a lot, but I don't use the bacon, sugar or onion. I use the oil and season and cook. It's the best!

Salmon Cakes III

It was great, except I took the advice of another and used 2 eggs instead of 1, 1/2 C. Panko Bread Crumbs, a little Spring Onions, about 1/3 C. Shredded Mexican Cheese and 1 T. of Old Bay Seasoning. Also, always drain anything with liquid in it, including Salmon. If I cook cans of Canned Foods, I'll rinse off the sodium as well and cook in regular water with seasoning.

Easy Peach Cobbler

Delicious!!! Is all I have to say and then some. It was a request and I couldn't say "I don't know how" so I did a google and found it on this site. Today was my first time making this. 20-30 minutes is too little time for it to set, so I let it cook for about 45 minutes. I also cooked it in my mini stoneware dish by Pampered Chef. Stoneware bakes from the inside out, so it gives it an excellent crust. I'll be making this again and again. Thanks for sharing!!!

Fried Turkey Wings

I always marinate white meat in Buttermilk overnight, dry off then cook in oven 400 for an hour. This will give you a tender and crispy turkey wing. You can add bbq sauce when it's almost done as well.

Baked Salmon II

Delicious!!! I just finished baking this along with Maui Maui and it came out just right!!! I marinaded it in some Teriyaki & Ginger Marinade I got from BJ's wholesale and added some Salmon Seasoning after baking and it hit the spot. This will help me lose my 20 lbs. Thanks for sharing!!!
