Currently writing a book which may take a better part of a decade. Owned my own business until April of 2990 after 8 years. Many factors lead to its demise but I ultimately blame myself as I was the driver in the seat.
My favorite things to cook
I love to experiment in everything. Lately I have been trying to create a unique pizza dough using semolina in the recipe. I do a lot with peppers, meats, tortilla and sauces. Many will defer to "Mexican"! Sorry, no such thing in the states.

NONE! Cooking for my family is not worth the trouble.

Most experiments I do these days are considered by those that indulge as exceptional.
My cooking tragedies
Martha Stewart, any TV chef, any cooking show because food and wine are about everyone. The very best chefs will never be on TV because it is "tasteless" to commercialize such an art.
