We added orange zest and about a half a cup of zucchini. Oh, and a tablespoon of decaf ground coffee beans. Very nice!

Excellent and yummy. I appreciated that it was not very greasy. Be sure not to stir too much.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

This was a great receipe. The spice combination was perfect. It really rivaled the Starbucks version of Pumpkin bread, which I was a diehard fan of.

REALLY NICE. I add a bit of cloves and a bit of chili sauce to give this soup a slight edge.

American Lasagna

VERY delicious. I usually use groud turkey and I add about a 1/2 of garam masala to the meat mixture. Making it the day before really does intensify the flavors. I also buy the no boil lasagna noodles, which makes for even more efficient meal preparation.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

This recipe is so delicious. I have made them many times now and they are always gone within a few days. I even packed them up and shipped them to some relatives overseas and they absolutely LOVED them.

Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2004
Extremely good, especially for the first time ziti maker. I did follow one of the reviewer's suggestion on layering and that seemed to work out wonderfully. As a family of 2 1/2, we could not finish it all, so we froze and ate some about a week later. Still YUMMY!!!

Basic British Scones

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2004
Very good, much like an original English scone. I rolled the dough out a bit too thin so my scones were not very thick. I will try rolling the dough next time to about 3/4 inch.
