About this Cook
I'm a Hoosier and recently graduated college. I am not a cook by nature but I just moved in with my boyfriend and we gotta eat. I have fell in love with this site for all of the wonderful easy recipes. I would like to grow as a cook and have found the best way is to practice. I have to get ready for that dream kitchen some day.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts
This is a great recipe. It is really easy to execute and it made my fiancee think twice about turning his nose up to brussels sprouts again! I did boiling them for 2 minutes like many suggested and they took about 30 minutes in the oven. I did add some fresh minced garlic to them for a little added flavor but it was not overpowering. I paired this with chicken marsala and it turned out wonderful!

Stuffed Peppers
Great recipe...I made it for another couple and they loved it. I actually forgot the rice...I know right!!! But it was still great. I didn't cook the meat before hand; I actually used venison instead of beef and it was a lot more lean and made the peppers really moist. Next time i will make sure to add the rice.

Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon
This was a great meal for me and my boyfriend. Very easy to make and excellent tasting. I will definitely be making this again. I added some Alfredo and broccoli to complete the meal.
